Which Hydrating Rejuvenation Treatment Is Right for You?

You’ve noticed your skin looks a little tired. Maybe fine lines are lingering, your glow has faded, or your cheeks look flatter than they used to. You know there are treatments that can help, but the choice is overwhelming. Profhilo, fillers, polynucleotides, Sculptra, exosomes: what’s the difference, and which one do you actually need?

Demand for skin boosters in Birmingham has grown rapidly, and so has the menu. Each treatment works in a different way and solves a different problem. Pick the right one and the results can be remarkable. Pick the wrong one and you may pay for a change you didn’t want.

Our clinical team at Dermoperfection have created a guide to walk you through every hydrating and rejuvenating treatment we offer at our city centre Mailbox clinic.

We explain how each works, what it treats, and how they compare on results, downtime, treatment areas, longevity and price, so you have all the facts to make the most informed decision.

So, what does your skin actually need?

Every treatment in this guide falls into one of four families. The quickest way to narrow your options is to work out which problem you’re trying to solve.

If your main concern is… Your skin needs… Treatments to consider
Dullness, dryness, dehydration, crepey texture Hydration Profhilo, mesotherapy, EXION Face
Thin, fragile or sensitive skin, dark circles, slow recovery Regeneration Polynucleotides (Plinest, Rejuran), exosomes
Gradual loss of firmness and structure, early hollowing Collagen stimulation Sculptra, Juläine, HArmonyCa, Profhilo Structura
Hollow cheeks, deep folds, soft jawline, thin lips Volume and shape Dermal fillers, HArmonyCa

Most people see themselves in more than one row. That’s normal. Skin ageing is rarely one thing, and many of our best results come from combining treatments from different families. Think of it like a sofa: hydration and regeneration recondition the fabric, collagen stimulators strengthen the frame, and fillers replace the cushion stuffing.

Skin boosters: Profhilo in Birmingham

Profhilo: the injectable moisturiser

Profhilo is the best-known skin booster in the UK. Made by the Swiss pharmaceutical company IBSA, each 2ml syringe contains 64mg of pure hyaluronic acid, one of the highest concentrations available. Its high and low molecular weight forms are bound by a patented heat process rather than chemical cross-linkers, giving it a runny, spreadable texture.

It is injected at just five points on each side of the face (the Bio Aesthetic Points technique) and spreads evenly beneath the skin. As it slowly releases, it draws in water and stimulates collagen and elastin. The result is plumper, bouncier, more radiant skin, without any change to your features.

  • Best for: dullness, dehydration, crepey skin, fine lines, mild laxity
  • Areas: face, neck, décolletage, hands, arms, knees
  • Course: 2 sessions, 4 weeks apart
  • Results: hydration within 1 to 2 weeks; lasts around 6 months
  • Price: £575 for a full course of 2

Profhilo Structura: support for the midface

Profhilo Structura is a newer, stronger member of the family. Rather than hydrating the skin surface, it targets the fat layer beneath the cheeks, restoring support for people whose midface has started to sag or look sunken.

It is injected by cannula in front of the ear and doesn’t add volume like a filler. Instead, it thickens and firms the tissue, softening the look of hollows and heaviness around the cheeks and eyes.

  • Best for: early midface sagging, hollowing under the cheekbones
  • Course: 2 sessions, 1 month apart, with a review after 4 months
  • Price: £575 for a full course of 2

Profhilo and Profhilo Structura can be combined: Structura for support, classic Profhilo for surface skin quality.

Regenerative boosters: Polynucleotides

If Profhilo hydrates, polynucleotides repairs. They are highly purified fragments of DNA, derived from fish such as salmon or trout, that act as building blocks and signals for your skin’s own repair cells. They encourage fibroblasts to renew collagen and elastin, calm inflammation and support healthier tissue over time.

Polynucleotides are especially valued for delicate areas where other injectables are less suitable, most notably under the eyes, where fillers can cause puffiness or a bluish tint.

We offer two leading brands:

  • Plinest, an Italian polynucleotide used for the face, eyes, neck and scalp
  • Rejuran, a Korean formula popular for skin texture, pores and overall healing

At a glance:

  • Best for: thin or crepey under-eyes, dark circles, fragile or sensitive skin, acne scarring, early fine lines
  • Areas: under-eyes, full face, neck, lips and mouth area, scalp
  • Course: usually 3 sessions, 2 to 4 weeks apart
  • Results: build gradually over 4 to 8 weeks as skin quality improves
  • Downtime: small bumps at injection points for 1 to 2 days
  • Price: from £300 per 2ml session; full face 4ml course of 3 (including eyes) £1,400

Polynucleotides work well as a foundation treatment before or alongside Profhilo, particularly if your skin is thin and needs strengthening before it can benefit from hydration.

Collagen stimulators: Sculptra, Juläine and HArmonyCa

Collagen stimulators, also called biostimulators, are the long game of skin rejuvenation. Rather than adding hydration or volume directly, they trigger your body to build new collagen over several months. The results develop slowly, look entirely natural, and last longer than most other injectables.

Sculptra

Sculptra contains poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), a biocompatible substance that activates collagen-producing cells as it is gradually absorbed. It is ideal for people with overall collagen loss: hollowed temples, sunken cheeks, softening of the jawline and a general thinning of the face.

  • Course: usually 2 to 3 sessions, several weeks apart
  • Results: develop over weeks to months; can last up to two years
  • Price: £595 for 1 vial, £895 for 2 vials

Juläine

Juläine is a new-generation PLLA injectable that works in a similar way to Sculptra, stimulating fibroblasts to rebuild collagen and skin density. Our medical team trained with the brand on Harley Street.

  • Best for: volume loss, mild to moderate laxity, thinning skin across the cheeks, temples, jawline and folds
  • Course: 2 to 3 treatments, several weeks apart
  • Results: develop over 8 to 12 weeks; designed to last up to two years
  • Price: £850 per treatment, £2,195 for a package of 3

With both PLLA treatments, you’ll be asked to massage the area for a few days afterwards to help the product settle evenly.

HArmonyCa

HArmonyCa by Allergan is a hybrid. It combines hyaluronic acid filler for instant lift with calcium hydroxylapatite microspheres that keep stimulating collagen for months afterwards. You get the immediate result of a filler and the lasting benefit of a biostimulator in one treatment.

  • Best for: midface volume loss, mild to moderate jowls, lines running from the ears towards the mouth
  • Results: immediate lift, improving further over time; lasts up to 24 months
  • Price: £695 per treatment, £995 for 2 syringes

Dermal fillers: volume and structure

Dermal fillers are also made from hyaluronic acid, but cross-linked into a firmer gel designed to stay exactly where it is placed. Rather than spreading like Profhilo, filler holds its shape, lifting and supporting tissue that has lost structure with age.

We use premium brands including Juvéderm and Teoxane, choosing a firmer gel for structure (cheeks, jawline, chin) and a softer one where movement matters (lips).

  • Best for: hollow cheeks and temples, deep nasolabial folds and marionette lines, soft jawline, under-eye hollows, lip shape and volume
  • Areas: cheeks, temples, lips, chin, jawline, tear troughs, folds
  • Results: visible immediately; settled within about 2 weeks
  • Longevity: lips 6 to 12 months; tear troughs around 12 months; cheeks and jawline 12 to 18 months
  • Downtime: possible swelling or bruising for a few days
  • Price: from £350 per 1ml syringe; lip filler from £200

Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved if needed, an important safety advantage when they are placed by an experienced medical injector.

Gentler options: mesotherapy, exosomes and EXION Face

Not everyone is ready for injectables, and not every skin needs them. These treatments boost hydration and radiance with fewer or no injections, and they make excellent maintenance between bigger treatments.

Mesotherapy

Mesotherapy uses tiny, superficial micro-injections to deliver a tailored blend of hyaluronic acid, vitamins, antioxidants, peptides and amino acids into the skin. Unlike Profhilo, the cocktail can be customised, so it can target dullness and uneven tone as well as dehydration. We use professional protocols including Mesoestetic.

  • Best for: dull, dehydrated skin, uneven tone, early fine lines, tired under-eyes
  • Course: a series of sessions, tailored at consultation
  • Price: £350 for full face; under-eye mesotherapy from £150 per session

Exosomes with microneedling

Purasomes exosome treatment pairs microneedling with a serum containing billions of exosomes, tiny cell messengers that carry repair signals and growth factors. Applied through the micro-channels, they support collagen renewal, calm inflammation and speed recovery.

  • Best for: texture, radiance, mild scarring, reactive or redness-prone skin
  • Course: usually 3 sessions, about 4 weeks apart
  • Price: £375 to £425 per session; course of 3 from £995

EXION Face: needle-free hydration

EXION Face is an energy-based alternative for people who’d rather avoid needles altogether. It combines radio-frequency with targeted ultrasound to prompt your skin to make more of its own hyaluronic acid, collagen and elastin. It’s gentle enough for the eye area and has no downtime.

  • Best for: needle-averse patients, fine lines, hydration, delicate areas
  • Course: 4 to 6 sessions, 1 to 2 weeks apart
  • Price: £249 per session; £995 for a course of 6 (4 + 2 free)

Combining treatments: example plans

The most natural results usually come from treating more than one layer of the face. These examples show how our clinicians often combine treatments. Your own plan will be tailored at consultation.

“My skin looks dull and dehydrated, but nothing else has changed.” Late twenties to thirties

  • Start with a Profhilo course of 2
  • Maintain with mesotherapy or EXION Face between top-ups

“I look tired, especially around my eyes.”

  • Polynucleotides under the eyes (course of 3)
  • Profhilo for the wider face
  • Filler in the tear troughs only if hollowing remains once skin quality has improved

“My face has lost shape and my skin has lost bounce.” Forties and beyond

  • Filler or HArmonyCa to restore structure in the cheeks and jawline
  • Profhilo or Profhilo Structura around 2 weeks later
  • A collagen stimulator such as Sculptra or Juläine for longer-term support

“I want gradual, long-lasting change without looking ‘done’.”

  • A course of Sculptra or Juläine to rebuild collagen over several months
  • Profhilo for surface hydration and glow

“I don’t want needles.”

  • EXION Face for hydration and firmness
  • Pair with ULTRAcel Q+ for deeper lifting if needed

The Ultimate Guide to EXION & RF Microneedling

Collagen is the scaffolding that keeps skin firm and smooth. From our mid-twenties we make roughly 1% less of it each year, and by our forties the change shows: softer jawlines, crepey necks, lines that stay put after a smile fades.

For a long time the only real answers were surgery, lasers with a week of recovery, or injectables that add volume without improving the skin itself. Energy-based devices have changed that. The most advanced of them work with your body rather than against it, prompting your own skin to rebuild. That’s why demand for EXION radio-frequency needling in Birmingham has grown so quickly.

In this guide, our clinical team at Dermoperfection explain what EXION is, how radio-frequency, microneedling and hyaluronic acid stimulation work together, and exactly what happens before, during and after a session.

What is EXION?

EXION is a multi-applicator skin and body platform made by BTL, the medical technology company behind EMSCULPT NEO and EMFACE. Rather than one device doing one job, it brings several treatments together, each with its own hand piece, and uses built-in artificial intelligence to monitor the skin and adjust energy as it works.

At our Mailbox clinic, the EXION platform covers:

  • EXION Face. A needle-free applicator that pairs radio-frequency with targeted ultrasound to boost hydration, firmness and elasticity. It is gentle enough for delicate areas such as around the eyes.
  • EXION Fractional RF (RF microneedling). Fine microneedles combined with radio-frequency energy for deeper remodeling of wrinkles, acne scars, stretch marks and texture.
  • EXION Body. Radio-frequency and targeted ultrasound with active cooling, used to tighten loose skin and reduce stubborn fat on areas like the abdomen, arms and thighs.
  • EXION Clear RF. A resurfacing option for sun damage, uneven pigment and texture.

This guide focuses on the two facial treatments people ask us about most: EXION Face and EXION RF microneedling. Used alone or together, they target wrinkles and skin laxity without the recovery time of surgery or ablative lasers.

EXION Treatment Before & After Patient

The science made simple: Radio-frequency, microneedling and hyaluronic acid

EXION combines three proven ways of waking up your skin’s repair cells, called fibroblasts. Fibroblasts make collagen (for firmness), elastin (for bounce) and hyaluronic acid (for hydration and plumpness). With age and sun exposure they slow down. EXION’s job is to switch them back on.

1. Radio-frequency: controlled warmth that tightens

Radio-frequency (RF) is a form of energy that gently heats the deeper layer of skin, the dermis, without burning the surface. That warmth does two things. Existing collagen fibres contract, giving a subtle tightening you may notice soon after treatment. And the skin reads the heat as a signal to repair, so fibroblasts start producing fresh collagen and elastin over the following weeks and months.

Unlike lasers, RF energy doesn’t target pigment. That generally makes it a suitable option across a wide range of skin tones, which your clinician will confirm at consultation.

2. Microneedling: precision delivery below the surface

Microneedling creates thousands of tiny, controlled channels in the skin, triggering the natural wound-healing response. On its own, it is excellent for texture and scarring. Combined with RF, the needles act as delivery points, carrying heat straight into the dermis where collagen is made while leaving most of the surface untouched.

EXION adds two refinements. It’s AI monitors your skin and adjusts energy pulse by pulse, so each area gets the right dose. And its Extended Mode projects heat beyond the tip of the needle, reaching up to 8mm deep according to BTL. That means deep remodeling in a single pass, with less discomfort than older RF microneedling devices that needed multiple passes.

3. Hyaluronic acid stimulation: hydration from within

Hyaluronic acid (HA) is the molecule behind plump, dewy skin, and the main ingredient in many fillers and skin boosters. EXION Face takes a different route. It pairs RF with targeted ultrasound, which creates gentle mechanical stress in the skin. Together they prompt fibroblasts to make more of your own HA.

In BTL’s clinical studies, EXION Face was reported to increase natural hyaluronic acid by up to 224%, collagen by 47% and elastin by 50%. These are manufacturer-sponsored figures, and individual results vary, but they explain why patients describe a fresher, more hydrated look without needles or injections.

Why combining them works

Each technology does a different job. RF microneedling remodels deeper structure and texture. EXION Face restores hydration and elasticity across delicate areas. Many of our patients get the best results from a plan that uses both, timed so each treatment supports the next.

What can EXION treat?

EXION suits people who want firmer, smoother, healthier-looking skin rather than a changed face. At our Birmingham clinic we most often use it for:

  • Fine lines and wrinkles, including around the eyes and mouth
  • Mild to moderate skin laxity along the jawline, lower face and neck
  • Crepey skin on the neck, décolletage and hands
  • Acne scarring and uneven texture
  • Enlarged pores and dull, dehydrated skin
  • Stretch marks and loose skin on the body

Who is a good candidate?

EXION RF microneedling and EXION Face are a popular choice if you:

  • Are noticing early to moderate signs of ageing and want to act before surgery is on the table
  • Want non-surgical skin tightening with little or no time off work
  • Have acne scars or textured skin that hasn’t responded to facials or peels
  • Prefer to avoid injectables, or want to improve skin quality alongside them
  • Have darker skin and want a resurfacing option with a lower pigment risk than many lasers

It may not be suitable if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a pacemaker or metal implants in the treatment area, have an active skin infection or open acne, or have recently used isotretinoin (Roaccutane). Your clinician will review your full medical history before recommending treatment.

Your EXION treatment: before, during and after

Knowing what to expect makes the whole experience easier. Here’s how a typical EXION RF microneedling or EXION Face appointment runs at our Mailbox clinic.

Before your session

Every EXION journey starts with a consultation. Your clinician assesses your skin, talks through your goals and medical history, and recommends the right applicator, settings and number of sessions.

In the week or two before treatment, we usually advise you to:

  • Avoid sunbeds and strong sun exposure, and wear SPF 30 or higher daily
  • Pause retinoids, exfoliating acids and scrubs for 3 to 5 days
  • Let us know about any cold sores, as we may suggest antiviral medication beforehand
  • Arrive with clean skin and no make-up if you can

During your session

EXION RF microneedling

  1. Your skin is cleansed and a numbing cream is applied for around 30 to 45 minutes.
  2. Your clinician moves the hand piece across each area in a single pass. The AI adjusts energy in real time as it goes.
  3. Most people feel warmth and a light prickling or vibrating sensation rather than pain.
  4. A soothing product and SPF are applied before you leave.

The treatment itself takes around 30 to 45 minutes, plus numbing time.

EXION Face

  1. Your skin is cleansed and a conductive gel is applied. No numbing is needed.
  2. Your clinician glides the applicator over the treatment areas, delivering RF and targeted ultrasound together.
  3. You’ll feel gentle warmth. Many patients find it relaxing.

A full face session takes around 45 minutes, and eye rejuvenation around 15 minutes.

After your session

EXION Face has no downtime. Your skin may look slightly flushed for an hour or so, and you can return to work straight away.

EXION RF microneedling has minimal downtime. Expect:

  • Redness, similar to mild sunburn, for 24 to 48 hours
  • Mild swelling and a feeling of tightness for a day or two
  • Tiny grid marks on the skin in some cases, fading within a few days

For the best recovery and results:

  • Keep skin clean and use only the gentle products we recommend for 48 hours
  • Skip make-up for 24 hours
  • Avoid saunas, hot yoga, intense exercise and swimming for 48 hours
  • Wear a broad-spectrum SPF every day, and avoid direct sun for two weeks
  • Leave retinoids and active acids out of your routine for around 5 to 7 days

Results, courses and prices

EXION works with your skin’s natural renewal cycle, so results build gradually rather than appearing overnight.

  • EXION Face: many patients notice a fresher, more hydrated look within a week or two. Firmness and elasticity keep improving across the course.
  • EXION RF microneedling: skin often looks smoother within a few weeks. New collagen continues to form for 3 to 6 months after your final session, so the best results arrive well after treatment ends.

How many sessions will I need?

One session gives a visible boost, but a course delivers the most noticeable and longer-lasting change. As a guide:

  • EXION RF microneedling: a course of 3 sessions, spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart
  • EXION Face: a course of 4 to 6 sessions, spaced 1 to 2 weeks apart
  • Maintenance: one top-up session every 6 to 12 months

Your clinician will tailor this to your skin, age and goals.

EXION vs other skin tightening treatments at Dermoperfection:

EXION is one of several premium technologies we use for skin tightening at our city centre clinic. Each works at a different depth and suits a different concern, and many patients combine them.

Treatment How it works Typical downtime Best for From
EXION RF microneedling AI-guided RF delivered through microneedles 24 to 48 hours of redness Wrinkles, laxity, acne scars, texture £550
EXION Face RF + targeted ultrasound, no needles None Hydration, fine lines, delicate areas £249
ULTRAcel Q+ Focused ultrasound (HIFU) to the deep support layer Minimal Lifting the jawline, jowls and brow £550
INTRAcel Pro Fractional RF microneedling 1 to 3 days Scarring, pores, texture £595
Fractional CO2 laser Ablative laser resurfacing 5 to 7 days Deep lines and significant scarring £400

A popular pairing is ULTRAcel Q+ for deep lifting with EXION for the skin’s surface quality. HIFU tightens the foundations; EXION rebuilds collagen, elastin and hydration in the layers you see. Your clinician will suggest the combination that fits your skin and budget.

Exosomes Therapy At Dermoperfection, Trend Or Here To Stay?

For years, anti-ageing treatments worked from the outside in. Fillers replaced lost volume, and anti-wrinkle injections relaxed the muscles behind expression lines. Regenerative aesthetics takes a different approach: it gives your skin the signals it needs to repair and renew itself.

Exosomes are at the centre of that shift. They are one of the fastest-growing topics in aesthetic medicine, and demand for an exosomes skin treatment in Birmingham has risen sharply as patients look for results that look like their own skin, only healthier.

In this guide, our clinical team at Dermoperfection explain what exosomes are, how Purasomes face treatment works, why exosomes pair so well with microneedling, and what the evidence does and doesn’t yet show. By the end, you’ll know whether exosome therapy belongs in your skin plan.

What are exosomes?

Exosomes are tiny messengers that cells release to talk to each other. They are extracellular vesicles, roughly 30 to 150 nanometres across, which is around a thousand times smaller than the width of a human hair.

Each exosome is a small bubble with a protective lipid membrane. Inside, it carries proteins, lipids, growth factors and genetic material such as microRNA. When an exosome reaches another cell, it delivers that cargo and can influence how the cell behaves.

In skin, this communication matters. Laboratory and animal research suggests exosomes can:

  • Encourage fibroblasts, the cells that make collagen and elastin, to become more active
  • Help calm inflammation after skin is stressed or injured
  • Support the repair of the skin barrier and hydration
  • Promote new blood vessel growth, which feeds healing tissue

This is why exosomes are described as “cell-free” regenerative therapy. They deliver many of the signaling benefits linked to stem cells, without introducing any living cells into your skin.

If you’d like a broader primer on how skin repairs itself, read our guide to the science of self-repair in regenerative aesthetics.

Purasomes face treatment: Exosomes designed for aesthetic practice

Not all exosome products are the same. They can come from human cells, plants or animals, and quality varies widely. At Dermoperfection we use Purasomes, a professional-only range made by the Italian research company Dermoaroma and distributed in the UK by DermaFocus.

Each Purasomes vial contains around 20 billion exosomes and 20 growth factors, using Dermoaroma’s patented AMPLEX Plus technology. The exosomes are purified from ethically sourced bovine colostrum, the nutrient-rich first milk a cow produces after calving, which is naturally rich in growth factors, peptides and extracellular vesicles.

There are two formulas for the face:

  • Purasomes Skin Glow Complex (SGC100+) focuses on radiance, uneven tone and dullness
  • Purasomes Skin Nutri Complex (NC150+) targets tired, dehydrated and ageing skin that needs deeper renewal

A third formula, the Hair & Scalp Complex (HSC50+), is designed for thinning hair. Dermoperfection offers the full Purasomes range, your clinician will choose the formula that matches your skin goals at consultation.

Purasomes are applied to the skin during microneedling rather than injected. That delivery method is the key to how they work.

How exosomes supercharge microneedling:

Microneedling has long been one of the most trusted treatments for texture, fine lines, enlarged pores and acne scarring. It creates thousands of controlled micro-channels in the skin, which triggers your natural wound-healing response and prompts new collagen.

Those same micro-channels also give active ingredients a direct route past the skin’s surface. Adding exosomes at this moment means the repair signals arrive exactly when and where your skin is primed to respond.

What exosomes add to microneedling

  • Faster recovery. Exosomes help calm post-treatment inflammation, so redness typically settles sooner than with microneedling alone.
  • Better texture results. Extra signaling to fibroblasts supports collagen and elastin renewal, helping skin look smoother and more refined.
  • Improved tone and radiance. Many patients notice a brighter, more even complexion as the skin barrier recovers.
  • Comfort for reactive skin. The calming effect makes the combination a good option for skin prone to redness.

What happens during treatment:

  1. Your skin is cleansed and a numbing cream is applied for comfort.
  2. Your clinician microneedles the treatment area at a depth tailored to your concerns.
  3. The Purasomes formula is applied across the skin and worked into the micro-channels, often with a second pass.
  4. Aftercare products and SPF guidance are given before you leave.

Most treatments take around 60 to 75 minutes including numbing. Expect some pinkness for 24 to 48 hours, and a course of three sessions spaced about four weeks apart is typical.

Exosomes vs other skin boosters

Exosomes are one part of a wider family of regenerative skin boosters. Each works in a different way, and many patients get the best results by combining them.

Treatment How it works Delivered by Best for
Exosomes (Purasomes) Carries cell-to-cell repair signals and growth factors Applied during microneedling Texture, radiance, recovery, reactive skin
Polynucleotides DNA fragments that support tissue repair and fibroblast activity Injection Under-eyes, crepey skin, thin or fragile skin
Profhilo High-concentration hyaluronic acid that hydrates and remodels Injection Hydration, laxity, overall skin quality
PRP Growth factors concentrated from your own blood Injection or microneedling Patients who prefer an autologous option

The right choice depends on your skin, your goals and your timeline. That’s why every regenerative plan at Dermoperfection starts with a consultation rather than a menu.

Who is suitable for exosome therapy?

Exosome treatment suits people who want healthier-looking skin rather than a changed face. It is a popular choice if you:

  • Have dull, tired or uneven skin that no longer responds to skincare alone
  • Want to improve texture, pores or mild to moderate acne scarring
  • Are noticing early signs of ageing such as fine lines and loss of bounce
  • Have sensitive or redness-prone skin and want a gentler regenerative option
  • Want faster, more comfortable recovery from microneedling

It may not be suitable if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have an active skin infection or open acne in the area, or have a known allergy to bovine or dairy-derived ingredients. Your clinician will review your medical history before recommending treatment.

When will I see results?

Most patients see a fresher, more hydrated glow within one to two weeks. Collagen renewal takes a little longer, so texture and firmness continue to improve over the following two to three months. Results vary from person to person, and a maintenance session every six to twelve months helps sustain and expand the results

Why where you’re treated matters:

The exosome market has grown quickly, and not every product or provider meets medical standards. When choosing a clinic, look for:

  • A clinic registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC)
  • Treatment delivered by medically trained clinicians
  • Genuine, traceable products bought through official UK distributors
  • A proper consultation that covers your medical history, risks and realistic results

Dermoperfection is a CQC-registered clinic, rated Good in all areas, and all our products are sourced directly through approved suppliers, so you know that you are in trusted and safe hands.

Dermoperfection is a medical skin and aesthetics clinic at The Mailbox in Birmingham city centre. With more than 15 years of industry experience and over 50,000 treatments performed, our team of medically clinicians  have been working and training with the leading brands at the forefront of regenerative aesthetics in the UK.

We don’t offer exosomes as a stand-alone trend. We build them into personalised programmes alongside microneedling, polynucleotides, skin boosters and medical-grade skincare, so each treatment supports the next and our patients received the best possible results and care.
