These consultations are subject to a fee, however this can be redeemed against your treatment. This is so we can ensure the highest quality of consultation.
Failure to attend your scheduled appointment may result in a penalty fee. We also politely request that you do not bring children or pets to the clinic. Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to you enjoying our premium service!
Upon arrival at Dermoperfection
Upon your arrival, our friendly front-of-house team will welcome you, and you will be given a medical history form to fill out. Then, you will soon be greeted by your clinician ready for your appointment.
We will then lead you to one of our premium treatment rooms, providing a comfortable space for you to feel at ease through the entire treatment process. We prioritise creating a personal connection between you and the clinician, so you can be confident in every step and to ask us any questions you may have.
Photography at Dermoperfection
As part of clinic protocol, we kindly ask patients to undergo pre-treatment photography. These play a crucial role in assessing and documenting your progress. Rest assured, these are strictly for internal use – we will never use your imagery across any of our channels without your consent.
