Shipping
These are the shipping options available for UK customers:
Standard shipping – £5.99 (Delivery 3-5 working days, subject to receipt of all required information)
Express shipping- £9.99 (Delivery 1-2 working days subject to receipt of all required information)
We use either Courier or Royal mail postal services for your deliveries, who will provide you with detailed tracking information close to the expected delivery.
Your purchase may need more information or subject to review of a medical history form. Please look out for the documentation that will be sent out in advance of your order being processed
Returns
Please note, you must return items in a saleable, unused condition, in the original packaging with hygiene seals unopened. We are unable to process a refund, exchange or replacement without this. We need to be notified of a refund request within 3 days of a received item.
