Travelling by car
Sat Nav Instructions: Enter the postcode B1 1RD or street name “Royal Mail Street” for main access to the Mailbox car park.
Parked we are easy to find directly from the lifts on level 2, opposite medicine bakery & adjacent to Harvey Nichols department store.
Travelling by train
The Mailbox can be easily accessed via Birmingham’s main train station: Birmingham New Street is a 5 minute walk, enter the building on level one and take the escalator to Level 2, you’ll find us one the left side next to Harvey Nichols Department store.
Other train stations in Birmingham City Centre, approximately 10-minutes walking distance from Mailbox, include Moor Street, Snow Hill and Five Ways.
Travelling by foot
The main entrance is via Royal Mail Street, just off Navigation Street and Suffolk Street Queensway. We are located on level 2.
Our clinic also benefits from a discreet entrance accessible via Severn Street and Commercial Street, which is immediately adjacent to our clinic.
