Cancellation policy
Please be aware that we operate a 48 hour cancellation policy at Dermoperfection; you can cancel or rearrange your appointment at any time before this. If this cancellation period is not adhered to, you may be liable to pay cancellation or no show fee.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please call Dermoperfection at the earliest instance to cancel or rearrange. Our appointments are limited, so we operate this policy to ensure appointment time is not wasted and we can free up the space for another booking.
Refund policy
You are unable to receive a refund for a package once the first treatment has been redeemed, unless for medical reasons. If you do not adhere to our cancellation policy or do not show to one of your treatments within the package, this will not be carried over.
No refunds will be offered for any treatment(s) that have been completed
Appointments
Please arrive at your appointment at least 10 minutes in advance so any necessary paperwork can be completed. If you are running late for any reason, please call us as soon as possible to let us know. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting your appointment.
We politely ask that you refrain from bringing children to the clinic, unless accompanied by another adult. For health and safety reasons, we cannot allow children within our treatment rooms.
Prior to your appointment, you will be made aware of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. If this is not adhered to, this may result in the cancellation of your appointment, a reduced treatment time or additional fees being charged.
We will also give relevant aftercare instructions/recommendations, which you must comply with.
Consultations
Our standard clinical consultation fee is ÂŁ50 and this fee is taken at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Consultations are without obligation to proceed to treatment.Â
However, the consultation fee is fully redeemable against any products or treatment as clinically appropriate within 12 weeks of the appointment booking, in line with the clinic policy, should you wish to proceed with treatment.
All medical consultations, advice, and treatment recommendations provided are based on the information available and the clinical assessment undertaken at the time of your appointment.
Treatment outcomes may vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
Any prescribed or recommended medications should be used strictly in accordance with the instructions provided. It is the patient’s responsibility to follow the treatment plan as advised.
Additionally Specialist consultation fee’s may vary in line with the specialism and this will be outlined in advance on booking as applicable
Pricing and payments
Treatment prices will vary depending on the clinician, and may also change during promotional periods. Please refer to our price list for the most up to date information.
Package/course payments must be made in full prior to your first treatment.
Liability
You will be required to read and sign any relevant consent forms before treatment. Without your written consent, we will be unable to proceed with treatment.
If you do not inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions or medication history that may hinder the suitability of your treatment, we reserve the right to refuse treatment and this will incur a cancellation fee.
We are also unable to provide any aesthetic or injectable treatment for patients under the age on 18 or patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Dermoperfection will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the failure to disclose relevant medical or medication details. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit Dermoperfection’s liability for personal injury or death resulting from our negligence.
Complaints
We endeavour to provide a premium service and experience for every patient; however, if you have an issue relating to your treatment at Dermoperfection, you are entitled to lodge a complaint. This can be made via our online form, in writing or by phone. The matter will be handled by the relevant party, and we will seek to offer a resolution to the complaint.
Special offers/vouchers
Discounts can only be used against the RRP for treatment, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Please note any offer expiry date when making a booking.
All Dermoperfection vouchers must be used within 12 months from issue, and can be used against our treatment and skincare range. Please note, should you fail to adhere to our cancellation policy or do not turn up to your appointment that your voucher will be forfeited.
If you have purchased a course offer/package, this must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase; any treatments remaining that have not been redeemed by this time will be forfeited, and you will need to purchase a new package.
Form submissions
If you make an enquiry via our chat box or form, your details will then be stored securely within our database. You may then receive mailers containing offers and other clinic news, however you can opt out of these at any time. We will not pass on your information to third parties.
Refer a friend
If you make a referral, you and a friend will receive ÂŁ50 against our treatment range. You must be an existing patient of Dermoperfection, and the referral must be for a new patient.
The new patient must include your full name within their booking notes to signify the referral. Your credit will then be valid for 3 months following referral. No cash alternative will be offered.
