HArmonyCa is a revolutionary injectable treatment with dual effects – designed to restore facial volume and also stimulate the sustained generation of natural collagen formation, giving long lasting lifting and volumising results.
This latest product by Allergan provides immediate volumising effects and contains cross-linked Hyaluronic Acid (HA), much like their other popular dermal filler range – Juvéderm – but has a unique selling point in that the product also contains embedded Calcium Hydroxyapatite (CaHA) microspheres, which stimulates the body’s own production of collagen and elastin – improving the skin’s elasticity over time, so the results just keep on giving and going!
The Hyaluronic Acid element of this new collagen biostimulator product is naturally found in the body and elevates skin hydration and moisture, keeping the skin looking plump and healthy.
Calcium Hydroxyapatite creates a biostimulatory effect within the soft tissues perfect for those deeper folds and wrinkles, as it encourages increased collagen and elastin within the skin to provide a lifting effect.

What is HArmonyCa?
HArmonyCa is a revolutionary hybrid bio-stimulating injectable for both an immediate lifting effect and for long-term collagen stimulating results. Available now at our Birmingham clinic.
How is HArmonyCa different from other Juvéderm fillers?
Whilst Juvéderm fillers are solely hyaluronic acid based dermal fillers, HArmonyCa additionally has calcium hydroxyapatite. This is why we call it a hybrid filler! This aids in stimulating collagen, thus keeping the skin firmer for longer.
What does HArmonyCa treat?
HArmonyCa is ideal for patients who have accordion lines, lack of firmness and sagging skin, lost volume in the cheeks and midface, and mild to moderate jowls!
Is HArmonyCa suitable for everyone?
A wide range of patients with ageing signs can benefit from this treatment, but we cannot administer this treatment if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. You may also be unsuitable based on major illnesses, allergies or sensitivities to medications e.g. lidocaine.

What should I expect during my HArmonyCa treatment?
During your appointment, HArmonyCa is injected with a tiny needle by one of our medical injectors. There will be multiple but rapid small injections into the selected treatment area(s). Each session is only 20 minutes long!
Is HArmonyCa safe?
As HArmonyCa is placed superficially into the skin, instead of into the deeper layers, this makes it especially safe. Plus, choosing our medically trained injectors ensures you’re in the safest hands.
Does it hurt?
HArmonyCa is a minimally painful treatment containing lidocaine, which is a numbing agent making the treatment more comfortable.
When will I see results from my HArmonyCa treatment?
Skin will look immediately lifted and hydrated after your HArmonyCa treatment, and will continue to work its magic for the next 2 months, creating effects lasting up to 2 years!
How many treatments will I need?
You only need to schedule one HArmonyCa treatment to achieve amazing results. Once the effects wear off after 18 months-2 years, you can schedule maintenance appointments with us.
