Important Information for Your Appointment

Cancellation Policy

We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy at Dermoperfection. You can cancel or rearrange your appointment at any time before this window.

If this cancellation period is not adhered to, you may be liable for a cancellation or no-show fee. If you are unable to attend, please contact us at the earliest opportunity so we can reschedule and open the space for another patient.

Refund Policy

  • Once a package has started (i.e. the first treatment has been redeemed), refunds are not available unless for medical reasons.

  • Missed or cancelled appointments that fall outside of our cancellation policy will not be carried over.

  • No refunds will be given for treatments that have already been completed.

Appointments

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any required paperwork.

  • If you are running late, call us as soon as possible—late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting the appointment.

  • For health and safety, we ask that children are not brought to the clinic unless accompanied by another adult, and cannot be allowed in treatment rooms.

  • You will be informed ahead of time if there are any preparation steps required before your treatment. Failure to follow these may result in cancellation, reduced treatment time or additional charges.

  • Aftercare instructions will be provided following your treatment and must be followed for the best results.

Liability

  • You must sign all relevant consent forms before treatment. Without your written consent, we cannot proceed.

  • Please ensure you inform us of all medical conditions and medications that may affect treatment. Failure to do so may result in refusal of treatment and cancellation charges.

  • We do not treat patients under 18, or those who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

  • Dermoperfection accepts no liability for complications resulting from failure to disclose medical history. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Special Offers & Vouchers

  • Discounts apply to RRP only and cannot be combined with other promotions.

  • All vouchers are valid for 12 months and can be redeemed against skincare and treatments.

  • Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in voucher forfeiture.

  • Course or package offers must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase; any remaining sessions after this will expire.
