How PlaDuo works — the science behind the glow

Most clients can resume normal activity quickly, though you should avoid direct sun exposure and use high-factor SPF.
- Downtime & recovery: Minimal — many clients return to social activities the same day or next, although more intense settings may require a short recoup period (1-2 days) for any visible side-effects to settle.
