How does SQT Bio Microneedling work?
The key ingredient in Bio Microneedling is sponge spicules, which is a pure and natural biological extract; this is much more advanced than algae and seaweed, and is 100% natural without any chemicals or acid. The tiny needles can only be seen with a microscope!
The first phase of SQT Bio Microneedling involves the implantation of 3 to 5 million siliceous microneedles that come from freshwater sponge. These needles are pushed into the dermis and epidermis and stimulate the skin for up to 72 hours before they fall out.
The second phase of Bio Microneedling is the activation of basal cells, which are found at the bottom of the epidermis (the outermost layer of the skin). As new skin cells are produced, older skin cells are pushed towards the surface, for them to be sloughed off.

What is SQT Bio Microneedling?
SQT Bio Microneedling is a revolutionary treatment utilising sponge spicules, a siliceous bio microneedle extracted from freshwater sponge, to stimulate the skin’s dermis and achieve natural rejuvenation.
How does SQT Bio Microneedling work?
The sponge spicules are massaged into the skin, creating 3 million microchannels which triggers the wound healing process and thus collagen and elastin production. There is no bleeding or skin breakage from this.
The treatment shortens the skin cycle from 28 days to 7 days by activation of the basal skin cells, and achieves natural, safe and effective physical rejuvenation.
